While GROWNISH focuses on the personal and professional development of young individuals, WOMANISH is a movement that is dedicated to unlocking the full creative potential of Women and Non-Binary individuals.
We produce events, projects, programs and masterclasses that are not just about development, but about revolutionising the way Women and Non-binary individuals see themselves, their capabilities and their place in the world.

This year we will be delivering two flagship music business development programs including our National Award Winning Music Business Program SHE DON DID IT! funded by Youth Music Charity working with 100 emerging music professionals. Raising the future leader of tomorrow takes a community, and WOMANISH is here to be that village. WOMANISH is a platform for young women and Non Binary people ages 18 to 30, who are on their grind and looking for support and guidance as they navigate the transition into the next stages of thor careers. Our mission is to empower and galvanise creative spirit and ingenuity through our projects, campaigns, and mental well-being advocacy, all grounded in the principles of gender and racial equality.

We are committed to fostering a strong sense of peoplehood and creative entrepreneurship profiling the amazing work of women and people of colour in the West Midlands and across the UK. Our growing network aims to champion, upskill, and develop these people by providing opportunities for critical reflection, community activism, and innovative projects and workshops.

Our drivers are for a better tomorrow; we wholeheartedly envision a world where individuals are not held back because of who they are, what they do, or where they come from. What we do today impacts all of our tomorrow’s, so we keep grinding at a grassroots level on subjects that matter to our beneficiaries & impact wider society at large.

Through our platform, individuals will gain the tools and support they need to hone their leadership skills, discover their own truth, share their voices, and forge their own paths.
