GIRL GRIND UK CIC inspires, rejoices, & cultivates women & girls on their personal & professional grind.
GIRL GRIND UK was founded out of a deep desire to systemically support Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic women, girls and non binary people at crucial stages in their development. We inspire, rejoice, and cultivate individuals and communities along their personal and professional grind.
Ambition in girls starts at a young age, GIRL GRIND UK works to support girls aged 12 up to young women and non binary people aged 30, through our GROWNISH (12/17) and WOMANISH (18/30) development arms.
GIRL GRIND UK aims to become a regional epicentre of cultural, artistic and entrepreneurial excellence, existing at the forefront of change for people and women of colour.
Our values are to be bold, courageous, free, and honest. Our ambition is to keep with the times & stay grinding. We invest in our community through our team, events, and campaigns to up-skill and entitle them.
Keeping with the times we aim to engender a pioneering movement for Black and Asian Minority Ethnic women, girls and non binary people, grounded in gender and racial equality rights history and principles through our bespoke projects, campaigns, and mental well-being advocacy.
GIRL GRIND UK is pushing for equality and the visibility of women, girls and non binary people across the arts, health, and business growth sectors. We respect and encourage inspirational people from all walks of life, galvanizing the strength and spirits of women, girls and people from the African and Asian Diaspora.
