The Future of ABC: A New Chapter in 2025

Girl Grind UK (GGUK) is taking ABC to the next level in 2025 with two dynamic programs designed to empower, inspire, and uplift young people through music, outdoor adventure, and mental well-being support.

​

Introducing GROWNISH & WOMANISH

• GROWNISH (Ages 15-17, Girls Only): A safe and enriching space where young girls can explore outdoor activities and the arts, fostering confidence, resilience, and self-expression.

• WOMANISH (Ages 19-25, Gender Inclusive): Designed for young women and gender-expansive participants, this program offers deeper engagement in arts and outdoor experiences, supporting personal and professional growth.

A Unique Camp Experience

Each program includes a four-day, three-night residential camp, welcoming 15 participants per cohort, led by five expert mentors. The camps blend outdoor adventure with creative expression, offering activities such as:

• Kayaking, high ropes, and nature walks – Building resilience and confidence through outdoor challenges.

• Music creation workshops – Guided by industry professionals, participants will dive into songwriting, DJing, and collaborative music production.

• Therapeutic arts and group well-being sessions – In partnership with Help Musicians UK, offering music as a tool for emotional expression and healing.
