About the sddi fund
This fund has been created to support Women and Non Binary artists, songwriters, producers, DJ's and music makers on the next steps in their career. The SHE DON DID IT FUND has been created through the SHE DON DID IT Program funded by Youth Music Charity in partnership with Youtube and The PostCode Lottery.
SHE DON DID IT program is a WOMANISH program funded by YOUTH MUSIC CHARITY in partnership with YOUTUBE and THE POSTCODE LOTTERY designed to help open up access pathways to building a sustainable career in music for Black and Asian Minority Ethnic Women and Non-Binary EMERGING MUSIC CREATORS between the ages of 18 to 25 from across the West Midlands region.

The SHE DON DID IT FUND for participants has been created through the SHE DON DID IT Program funded by Youth Music Charity in partnership with Youtube and The PostCode Lottery.
SDDI participants are half way through a six month music and creative business development program with us and have all taken part in 121 sessions, studio time, recording and songwriting session, time working with a live band, choreography sessions, professional photoshoots, live gigs and arena concerts, trips to London and a week long work placement at Tileyard London through We Are Impact.
We are investing £5000 into the next steps in our participants careers in music. We anticipate funds being spent on their Debut EP projects, music mentoring, purchasing equipment and cost towards PR and Marketing.
